Visa Application Form

By submitting a visa application through Afrinexa Global, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. No Guarantee of Visa Approval. Afrinexa Global provides visa consultation and application support services only. The decision to approve or refuse a visa rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority.
2. Visa Refusal. Afrinexa Global shall not be held liable for any visa refusal, delay, or additional requirements imposed by the issuing authority.
3. Non-Refundable Application Form Fee. The ₦10,000 (Ten Thousand Naira) Visa Application Form Fee is strictly non-refundable. This fee covers administrative processing, consultation and document assessment services and is payable regardless of the outcome of the visa application.
4. Applicant's Responsibility. Applicants are responsible for providing complete, accurate and genuine information and supporting documents. Any refusal resulting from false, incomplete or misleading information remains the applicant's responsibility.
5. Acceptance. By signing this form or making payment, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
